Shipping Policy

We take the utmost care when packaging your treasures. Pottery items are wrapped securely in paper, bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safety while in transit. Some might say I overdo the padding but I'd rather be safe than sorry. In all these years of shipping pottery to all over the world, I've never had an item break enroute.

 

To offset the environmental impact of my packaging materials, I always use recycled items. My local shops save all of their babble wrap, peanuts and brown paper for me to use. So you can be happy that we are not adding to the landfill.

I ship on Tuesdays. If you need your goodies sooner, please send me an email with your request.

All packages are shipped USPS Mail with tracking. If you want to upgrade to a faster service, please email me with your request and I'll send you a shipping upgrade.

If you wish to add insurance to your package, please let me know before you process your order so that I can add that additional cost to your total.

If you have made your purchase from outside the USA, your delivery may be subject to import tax. These charges will be specific to your country and you will be responsible for paying any import tax and duties should they arise. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges which may occur.

I am happy to include a personal note in your package if you are sending it as a gift to someone special. Please send me an email with this request including the words you'd like me to include.
